Locher enjoys considerable success as an RTO: Training solutions are tailored to your business needs and ensure a positive return on investment through effective transfer of learning in the workplace.
Locher has devised mechanisms to support and measure behavioural change within the competencies of each program. These include 180/360 degree assessment, pre and post program profiling tools, workplace verification (including interviews and application activities) and workplace projects. These enable a high degree of individual and program evaluation of the application of learning in the workplace.
"Productivity Places Program" for Existing Workers
The Productivity Places Program for Existing Workers is aimed at increasing the skills of existing workers in areas of industry skills demand, and is a partnership between the Commonwealth Government, the Government of South Australia and industry as part of the Skilling Australia for the Future Initiative.
Funding will be available from the State and Federal governments to train and upskill your existing workers (primarily to Certification IV or above) through training places that lead to nationally endorsed qualifications.
