| Receive and respond to all telephone and online enquiries outlining position requirements and recruitment process. |
Receipt and Acknowledgement of Applications |
| Collect/receive all respondent CVs and applications and acknowledge all applications in writing. |
Develop Screening / Shortlisting Tools / Matrix |
| Design matrix for screening criteria and shortlisting applications, based on the essential knowledge/skills/experience and desirable requirements of the job and person specification, in accordance with merit based process. |
Candidate Assessment |
| Assessments are designed to provide standard, validated testing with the flexibility to create custom tests to meet specific client needs. Assessments are pre-determined for all assignments based on identified skill sets, competencies and key performance indicators required for the position.
