Round Table HR Forums

Locher’s Executive Round-Table series are forums that are held regularly to explore emerging human resource management issues and strategic decisions likely to challenge executives in the future.  The forums are attended by leading executives, industry experts and academics.

Participation in Round-Table forums is by invitation as a value-added benefit to companies and government agencies.  A moderator encourages the open exchange of information on a series of pre-determined discussion points.  The moderator ensures that all participants have the opportunity to express their views and take away the best possible learning from the event.  The learning gained from the forums is analysed and combined with additional research material to produce ‘White Paper’ reports for distribution to forum members with executive summaries available through the press room on www.locher.com.au.

Locher’s bi-monthly Strategic HR forums encourage senior professionals to debate strategic HR initiatives.  The collective intelligence of a group of senior HR professionals explores ideas that participants may take away and develop within their own organisations.  Presentations and discussions by HR professionals and subject matter experts include examples of local and international centres of excellence in contemporary HR practice.  Locher’s Strategic HR forums ensure that members of the forum are exposed to the cutting edge of HR initiatives.
