Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant who is able to prepare budgets, analyse results and complete management reports. Proven experience in financial modelling is also a strong requirement. You must be able to provide specialist financial advice, analysis and assistance relating to financial budgeting, planning and reporting. Other duties in the varied position will include:

• Developing systems and procedures associated with the transitional arrangements for jurisdictional funding transfers.
• Developing management accounting projections for July 2012 - June 2013, then ongoing.
• Development of financial management framework, including development of policies, procedures etc.
• Identification of relevant financial policies, procedures that will be required to fulfil statutory/audit/risk management obligations.
• Financial input to development of service agreements with states, including any financial related KPI's,
• Financial input to relevant aspects of the EBA, including undertaking research on superannuation options, salary sacrificing, FBT, leave liabilities, remuneration increases.
